Navigating Complexity

For every new and increasing threat to our global security arises new and increasing technical and operational complexities. From the need to navigate these complexities, Polaris Alpha brings together proven performers to assist organizations with their toughest challenges.

We are a high-tech industry leader uniquely positioned to address customers’ most complex needs, regardless of domain. Created from the coming together of emerging industry visionaries—all known for their cutting-edge capabilities, people-focused cultures, and “mission first” mindsets—we bring over 1,200 technical experts under one roof, providing deep subject matter expertise, a portfolio of operationally relevant capabilities, and the agility of a focused, mid-sized company.

OUR MISSION IS THE  MISSION

Polaris Alpha exists to support the safety and security of our proud nation and its allies. We believe so strongly in the mission of national security agencies such as the Department of Defense that it is, in essence, our mission. While striving to provide the best in engineering and tools designed to protect the warfighter and allied communities, we are committed to innovating and exploring the art of the possible. A large part of our contribution to defense efforts is found in work focused on research, exploration, and problem solving to overcome the toughest challenges faced by governments worldwide. The promise to ensure liberty and freedom for everyone is what gets us out of bed in the morning and why we do what we do.

Our History, Making History

In 2016, Arlington Capital merged EOIR Technologies, Intelligent Software Solutions (ISS), and Proteus Technologies with the shared vision of creating a highly technical, mid-sized, premier solutions provider to the national security industry. Each was chosen for their outstanding contributions to the defense and intelligence environment—EOIR with state-of-the-art smart sensing, video analytics, and electromagnetic warfare efforts; ISS with data analytics, space command and control, and mission planning capabilities; and Proteus with advanced cybersecurity services. In January 2017, Intelesys was added for their expertise in and experience with providing advanced cyber mission support.
